Our Fiduciary Package consists of all evidence of an established Fiduciary relationship between any third party and a member of our Tribe in addition to a Certification issued by the Tribal Government attesting to the Fiduciary powers of the named Fiduciary on record. We include a form 56 along with mailing instructions for members who interact with entities in U.S. territories.
