TERMS AND CONDITIONS


 

You agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of these Terms and Conditions by utilizing our on and offline systems to engage with our products, services, or to contract with LOVE NATION or its members and instrumentalities. The totality of these Terms and Conditions in addition to the Constitution of LOVE NATION govern all interactions between LOVE NATION and natural and/or legal persons who utilize LOVE NATION services on or offline to 1) access products and/or services from LOVE NATION, its members, officials, associations, trusts, or any of its instrumentalities, 2) contracts with LOVE NATION, its members, trusts, officials, associations, or any of its instrumentalities, and/or 3) interacts with members, Trusts, associations, and/or companies of LOVE NATION for any reason rather commercial in nature or not. By accessing products/services of LOVE NATION, contracting with LOVE Nation, and/or interacting with members, trusts, associations, and/or companies of LOVE NATION, you agree to be bound by the rules and regulations contained herein as written in plain english, and as interpreted (when necessary) by the Chief Judge and Supreme Arbitrator of LOVE NATION. 


 

Definitions 

 

LOVE NATION - An International Society of Tribal Families organized as a Global unincorporated economic & monetary union dedicated to estate protection, asset management, and family development. LOVE NATION was

established with the Constitution of LOVE NATION.

 

Temple of LOVE - An International Religious Association organized to preserve the tenants of faith, legacy, culture, and heritage of LOVE NATION members. The Temple of LOVE was established in accordance with the Constitution of LOVE NATION

 

State of LOVE - A political entity that regulates society and the population within LOVE NATION territories. The State of LOVE provides regulatory oversight, commercial, executive, administrative, arbitration, and legislative services to LOVE NATION members. The State of LOVE was established in accordance with the Constitution of LOVE NATION.

 

Force of LOVE - An International Association dedicated to providing security, protection, and crisis management services to members of LOVE NATION. The Force of LOVE was established in accordance with the Constitution of LOVE NATION.

 

ANU Bank of Brahman - The monetary authority (Central Bank) of Love Nation that manages the currency and monetary policy of our society & monetary union. ANU Bank of Brahman was established in accordance with the Constitution of LOVE NATION.

 

Moneyverse - The digital financial services provider that provides Treasury Services, Accounting Services, A/R, A/P, services on behalf of members of LOVE NATION. The Moneyverse was established in Accordance with the Constitution of LOVE NATION.

 

LOVE NOTES - The official currency of LOVE NATION that serves as legal tender for national and International public and private debts. The Authority for ANU Bank of Brahman to issue LOVE NOTES stems from the Constitution of LOVE NATION.


 

MNYV - The official CBDC of LOVE NATION. The Authority for Moneyverse to issue and administer MNYV CBDC Tokens stems from the Constitution of LOVE NATION.

Service Providers

  1. LOVE NATION does hire vendors, professionals, and specialists in order to fulfill its services and duties to our members. In the event that we utilize a vendor, professional, and/or specialist in order to fulfill our services there may be additional fees included in the price. Following is a list of areas of business which we may utilize vendors, professionals, and/or specialists :

In the event that we utilize a third party, you agree to indemnify them for damages that may be caused in their honest pursuit to fulfill their duty. ​

Family Services 

​

Our authority to Administer Family Services stems from Article 2 of the Constitution of LOVE NATION.

  1. Family Trust Services include but are not limited to the following :

    2. Estate Formation & Management

    3. Asset Protection

 

By utilizing our online and/or offline Family Services, you agree to be bound by LOVE NATION’s rules and regulations as contained herein including but not limited to:

 

All Assets held in trust and estates by members of LOVE NATION entities shall remain property of their respective beneficiaries/grantors. Nevertheless, LOVE NATION perfects a security interest equal to the value of said assets upon presentment to LOVE NATION as assets are pledges of collateral for asset management services for the length of time that said asset remains in the possession of a LOVE NATION member, association, corporation or trust.

 

Our Legacy Assessment Services provides you with a complete audit of your family’s assets, heritage report, and the contents and value of your estate. The results provided are obtained by assessing the quality of third party information that may be provided by the customer, research companies, and third party data providers. LOVE NATION does not hold any liability for the accuracy or inaccuracy of data provided by the client, nor any third party entity that is utilized in order to render our Legacy Assessment services.

Temple of LOVE Membership 

​

  1. Our Temple Services are aimed at providing an institutional format for Tribal Individuals and Families to exercise their tribal religious rights. 

    1. Authority for the Temple of LOVE and its members to Administer Temple Services stems from Article 3 of the Constitution of LOVE NATION. 

    2. Individual, Family, and Tribal Temple Member Services include but are not limited to enrollment, certificate issuance, knowledge and research, ceremonies and rituals, gatherings, worshiping, baptisms, formation, faith-based activities, and events.

 

State of LOVE Membership

  1. Our State Services are aimed at providing an institutional format for Tribal Individuals and entities to exercise their right of nationality, human rights, civil rights, and commercial rights. 

    1. Authority to Administer State Services stems from the Constitution of LOVE NATION.

    2. Individual, Association/Cooperative, Company State Services include but are not limited to Certifications, Licensing, Commercial Supervisory, ID issuance, Arbitration Services, Legislation Services, as well as Executive & Administration services, etc.

Force of LOVE Membership 

 

  1. Our Defense Services are aimed at providing physical and IT security services to members of LOVE NATION. 

    1. Authority to Administer Defense Services stem from the Constitution of LOVE NATION.

    2. Individual, Association/Cooperative, Company Defense Services include but are not limited to personal protection, private protection, community protection, IT security, and executive security.

 

Monetary Authority Financial Policies 

 

  1. Our Banking & Trust Services are aimed at ensuring proper accounting and messaging for financial and value based transactions of our members. Authority to Administer Banking & Trust Services stem from the Constitution of LOVE NATION. Our Banking and Trust Services are provided by the following departments and enterprises of LOVE NATION : ANU Bank of Brahman (Central Bank), ExpecTrust (Security Registry, Clearing, & Settlement Agency), & Moneyverse (Digital Banking Service Provider) 

 

By entering into any of the following Agreements will automatically gain you access to the relevant Banking and Trust Services :

National Territory

 

All Land, Real Estate held in Trust by LOVE NATION and/or members of LOVE NATION are collectively the Territory of LOVE NATION. All individuals, organizations, associations, and foreign government entities agree to submit to the laws of LOVE NATION while operating under contracts governed by the laws of LOVE NATION.

 

National Trusts & Enterprises

State of LOVE has the right and duty to form Government Trusts and Enterprises to conduct commercial and noncommercial operations for the benefit of LOVE NATION members

 

National Tribunals & Courts

Tribal Tribunal of Truth is the International Arbitration Agency of LOVE NATION. All individuals, organizations, associations, and government entities foreign to LOVE NATION agree to handle any and all disputes and/or controversies with LOVE NATION members, Trusts, organizations, and associations via Arbitration conducted by the Tribal Tribunal of Truth in accordance with the Laws of LOVE NATION.  Award Letters from the Tribal Tribunal

of Truth may be enforced by the FORCE of LOVE and/or the local jurisdiction of the foreign party. 

 

The Cosmic Courts of Justice shall be the legislative courts to administer justice for internal

issues between members, associations, trusts, enterprises, individuals, and/or agencies of

LOVE NATION. Final Judgements from the Cosmic Courts of Justice shall be enforced by the

FORCE of LOVE. 

 

By presenting and/or sending information, data, securities, interests, rights, assets, and/or other items of value to LOVE NATION, you agree to allow us to enter its contents into any one or more of our relevant National Registration Systems including but not limited to any of the following :

  1. Love Nation’s LOGICAL TERMINAL CODE

    1. Our LOGICAL TERMINAL is the system which allows us to execute and send financial messages. Any and all of your financial data may be entered into our Logical Terminal for execution of transactions.

  1. Our Non Swift BIC Registry consists of our uniquely issued Bank Routing Numbers. In the event that we process a BIC on your behalf, such information may be entered into our Registry.

    1. Effect of National Registration : 

      • Listed and available for validation

      • Capable of being utilized to route financial messages and initiate remittances 

    2. Effect of SWIFT Registration

      • In the event that you utilize our services to register your Non-Swift BIC with SWIFT Network, the BIC will be available for SWIFT participating institutions for validation and financial message routing.

  1. Our Non Swift IBAN Registry consists of our uniquely issued Bank Account Numbers. In the event that we process a Non Swift IBAN on your behalf, such information may be entered into our Registry.

    1. Effect of National Registration : 

      • Ensures that value transactions are properly routed to your designated account.

  1. Our National Membership Database consists of an internal list of all members, clients, customers, officials, investors, donors, sponsors, associates, vendors, and/or affiliated organizations whom we contract with for any specific reason.

    1. By contracting with LOVE NATION, its members, any entity, association, or instrumentality of LOVE NATION, you agree to be listed into our Membership Database and to be held accountable to membership rules and regulations.

 

Our National Asset Registry consists of any and all assets registered on any of our on or offline systems. By registering your asset with LOVE NATION, you agree to allow it to be added to our National Asset Registry. While maintaining personal ownership of the asset, LOVE NATION does obtain a secured interest in the asset and is responsible for issuing you a financial instrument of equal value. 

 

Our National Non-Swift ISIN Security Registry consists of International Securities Identification Numbers issued by LOVE NATION to identify securities registered with, and/or held in Trust by LOVE NATION.

 

Our National Non-Swift ISRC Registry consists of unique Identification numbers for sound and music video recordings that have been registered with, and/or held in Trust by LOVE NATION. 

 

Our National Non-Swift ISIL Registry consists of unique Identification numbers for Libraries and Related Organizations that have been registered on behalf of, and/or formed  by members of LOVE NATION.

 

Our National Non-UN LOCODE Registry consists of unique Identification numbers for Trade and Transport Locations that have been registered on behalf of, and/or are formed by members of LOVE NATION.

 

Our National Maritime Vessel Registry consists of uniquely Identifiable vessels with unique identification numbers which have been registered and issued by members of LOVE NATION and represent public and private Vessels that fly under the flag of LOVE NATION.

 

Our National Banking Registry consists of Non-Swift BIC and Non-Swift IBAN Identifiers.

 

Our National Value Transactions Registry consists of uniquely identifiable value transactions that were conducted within our on or offline LOGICAL TERMINAL on behalf of members of LOVE NATION.

 

Our National Pledged Collateral Reserve Registry consists of collateral which has been pledged to LOVE NATION and held as reserves to Notes Issued and outstanding. At no time may the value of our pledged collateral reserve be less than the total value of notes and bonds issued and outstanding.

 

Our National Bond Registry consists of Bonds which have been issued by LOVE NATION on behalf of members and institutions of LOVE NATION.

 

Our National Note Registry consists of Notes which have been issued by LOVE NATION on behalf of members and institutions of LOVE NATION. All LOVE NATION Notes are acceptable legal tender for the discharge and offsetting of all debts public and private, within the jurisdiction of LOVE NATION and internationally. 

 

Our Government Issued Letter of Credit are issued to qualified applicants who pledge acceptable collateral in exchange for a Letters of Credit from ANU Bank of Brahman.

All Membership ID’s shall be issued in accordance with law and may be utilized as identification ID Card for members of LOVE NATION.

 

All National Seals & Stamps are the property of LOVE NATION and may only be utilized as approved by qualified officials. 

 

All National Certifications & Licenses are the property of LOVE NATION, yet may be in the possession of members of Love Nation in order to validate their accomplishments, rights, and interests secured via completing a certification and/or licensing process with LOVE NATION. 

 

Following are a list of International Conventions & Treaties which have been annexed by LOVE NATION :

  3. Convention on the Recognition and Enforcement of Foreign Arbitral Awards

  4. The Convention Abolishing the Requirement of Legalisation for Foreign Public Documents

  10. Any additional Convention and/or Treaty adopted by the Chief-MANSA of LOVE NATION.

 

LOVE NATION has the right to establish and operate National Supervisory Agencies & Regulatory Authorities in order to oversee the effective and lawful operations of professionals, entrepreneurs, members, and entities who utilize LOVE NATION as a platform to form and/or operate business.

National Policy on Electronic Communications

​

The use of computers and electronic communications are essential tools to support LOVE NATION's society. In using LOVE NATION’s computers and electronic communications systems, it is important for all employees/users to be aware of LOVE NATION’s policy regarding responsible use. It is the responsibility of each User to ensure that this technology is used in a manner that 1) is responsible, professional, and legal; 2) does not compromise the confidentiality of proprietary or other sensitive information; 3) does not compromise the security of LOVE NATION's computer resources; and 4) is consistent with good stewardship and the mission and ministry of LOVE NATION Internet Access and Electronic Mail LOVE NATION employees and volunteers designated to have access to the Internet are required to use their access to the Internet in a legal, responsible and informed way, conforming to network etiquette, customs and courtesies. Internet activity and email is not a private, confidential communication. The confidentiality of any message should not be assumed. Internet activity and email should never be used in any way that may be disruptive, hurtful or offensive to others. Use of the Internet is a privilege, not a right, which may be revoked at any time for inappropriate conduct. The willful misuse of Internet access by any employee may result in other disciplinary action, including but not limited to, termination of employment. Examples of inappropriate conduct include, but are not limited to: use of inappropriate or offensive or abusive language in either public or private messages; unlawful activities; gambling, defamation; infringement of copyrights; misrepresentation of oneself or LOVE NATION; logging on or accessing obscene, pornographic, sexually explicit, racist or violent sites; pirating software or transmitting software programs or other copyrighted or trademarked material; engaging in transactions or activity for personal financial gain: jeopardizing LOVE NATION's tax-exempt status; creating unauthorized contractual liability for LOVE NATION; violating any LOVE NATION policy or procedure: engaging in any activity or communication that is inconsistent with norms of professional and business conduct; and sending messages that might result in congestion or disruption of networks and systems. Employees must abide by security policies, procedures and guidelines in their use of the Internet, and refrain from practices which might jeopardize LOVE NATION's computers, data, network, systems security or work in general. Employees must guard against computer viruses and security breaches of any kind. No Privacy The Internet is not a secure communication channel and should not be used for sending or receiving confidential or sensitive information. Employees/users do not have a personal privacy right in any matter created, received, sent, or stored on LOVE NATION computer resources, whether or not the matter is designated as private or confidential. LOVE NATION reserves the right to access all LOVE NATION-owned/provided computer resources for the purpose of supporting its mission and ministry, assuring compliance with statutory requirements, as well as internal policies supporting the performance of internal investigations, and assisting with the management of LOVE NATION's information systems. LOVE NATION reserves the right to monitor and review email messages, Internet access and general computer usage of employees, without prior notice. This includes the right to monitor Internet sites visited, duration of employee’s Internet use and files which have been viewed, accessed, or downloaded. E-mail messages and Internet access are not private, and employees should not consider their email messages and Internet access to be private. An employee's access code or password does not give him or her any right to privacy with respect to using the LOVE NATION's email and Internet systems. Any violation of this policy may result in disciplinary action up to and including termination of employment. An employee who discovers a violation of this policy is expected to report it to Love Nation. General computer usage and electronic communications resources of non-society employees may be monitored by the appropriate representatives appointed by LOVE NATION. LOVE NATION holds the expectation that all users of national-provided computers, internet access, email and other electronic communications will exercise appropriate judgment and maintain high ethical standards. Access to society equipment and services is a privilege, not a right. LOVE NATION reserves the right, at its discretion, to review any user's electronic files and messages stored on or sent from our computers and servers to the extent necessary to ensure electronic media and services are being used in compliance with the law, this policy and other society policies. LOVE NATION may routinely gather logs for most electronic activities or monitor employee communications directly for the following purposes: 1. Cost analysis; 2. Resource allocation; 3. Optimum technical management of information resources; and 4. Detecting patterns of use that indicate employees or volunteers are violating LOVE NATION policies or engaging in illegal activity. Appropriate members may be appointed to review employee computer and communications activity. Employees and volunteers should not assume electronic communications are completely private. Accordingly, if they have sensitive information to transmit, they should use other means.

 

 

General Use of the Service - Permissions and Restrictions

 

LOVE NATION hereby grants you permission to access and use the Service as set forth in these Terms of Service, provided that:

  1. You agree not to distribute in any medium any part of the Service or the Content without LOVE NATION's prior written authorization, unless LOVE NATION makes available the means for such distribution through functionality offered by the Service (such as the Embeddable Player).

  2. You agree not to alter or modify any part of the Service.

  3. You agree to access our Services exclusively through explicitly authorized means LOVE NATION may designate.

  4. You agree not to use our services for the furtherance of illegal activities. 

  5. You agree not to use or launch any automated system, including without limitation, "robots," "spiders," or "offline readers," that accesses the Service in a manner that sends more request messages to LOVE NATION’s servers in a given period of time than a human can reasonably produce in the same period by using a conventional on-line web browser. Notwithstanding the foregoing, LOVE NATION grants the operators of public search engines permission to use spiders to copy materials from the site for the sole purpose of and solely to the extent necessary for creating publicly available searchable indices of the materials, but not caches or archives of such materials. LOVE NATION reserves the right to revoke these exceptions either generally or in specific cases. You agree not to collect or harvest any personally identifiable information, including account names, from the Service.

  6. In your use of the Service, you will comply with all applicable laws.

  7. LOVE NATION reserves the right to discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time.


 

USER RIGHTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES 

 

As a LOVE NATION service user, you have a number of rights.

You have the right to:

  • Be informed and participate in decision-making: to participate in and contribute to decision-making, including how to use the information provided

  • Be listened to and understood: to receive clear, easy to understand information and support which promotes, upholds and respects each individual person’s rights to freedom of expression, self-determination and decision-making

  • Be treated with dignity, respect and courtesy: to receive services in a professional, courteous and caring manner.

  • Exercise your rights without adversely affecting the way you are treated: to be able to freely ask questions, provide feedback and make recommendations related to the services received

  • Be an active partner in the services provided

  • Be able to have a support person/advocate/ally of your choice to represent you in matters relating to their support

  • Have the right to make a complaint: to have any complaints dealt with fairly and promptly with the expectation that any complaint will be investigated appropriately and without retribution or a sense of fear

  • Have your needs considered and be informed in a way that you understand: to have the right to receive timely information that is responsive to your needs, in a manner that best fosters understanding, informed choice and fosters wellbeing

  • Have your privacy and confidentiality protected and respected: to expect that your personal privacy is respected, and confidentiality protected; including having access to personal information as permitted by law

  • Receive safe and high-quality services: to have your identified information and support needs assessed by qualified health professionals who provide appropriate information and support that aligns with evidence-based best practice

  • Refuse a service: to understand that refusal will not prejudice future access to this service

  • Receive a service free from abuse, neglect, exploitation, and discrimination

 

As a LOVE NATION service user, you have a number of responsibilities.

You have the responsibility to:

  • Display respect: to be respectful of the employee associated with the provision of this service

  • Provide sufficient information: to enable the employee to provide the appropriate information and support you

  • Take responsibility in decision-making: to participate in making your own decisions and to ask for more information if you don’t understand something

  • Only use the service for its intended use: to access the service for the purpose of obtaining information, practical and or emotional support, and/or referral

  • Provide up to date contact information: to provide updated information on any change to your contact details

  • Keep your appointments: to let the respective service know if you cannot make the appointment time

  • Respect other people’s rights: to be respectful of other people rights to a safe, secure, and comfortable environment

  • Treat other people with dignity, respect and courtesy: to treat other people, accessing the same service, as you have the right to be treated

  • Respect other people’s rights to privacy and confidentiality: to ensure other people’s confidentiality is protected and their privacy respected

  • Follow the service’s guidelines and or procedures: to follow the policies, guidelines, and procedures of the service as they relate to service users and access to support

 

Payment details - Users and members will be charged for service in accordance with these policies and

procedures. Fees for Temple, Trust, Banking, Family, State, and other services are set by their respective department heads. All fees are non-refundable and must be utilized for the fulfillment of the service which payment was tendered to render. Users may make payments to LOVE NATION in any way communicate via the website and/or authentic email communications. 

 

Opt-out policy - If an end-user wants to opt out of the service or a value-added service, the user must simply

            contact their account representative or head of the agency which is rendering the service via

            written communications using official company email mediums. The right of termination for

            clients who are members, clients of services, and/or users of value accounts is a right granted

            to every user.

 

Information on arbitration - Any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or relating to the interpretation,

      application or performance of this contract, including its existence, validity or

      termination, shall be settled by final and binding arbitration in accordance with

      mutually agreed upon Rules for Arbitration and shall be conducted by the Tribal

      Tribunal of Truth. 


 

Your Acceptance - By using or accessing the Services, or contracting with LOVE NATION and/or its

members, you agree to abide by this Agreement without modification by you. If you don’t agree, then do not use the Services nor contract with LOVE NATION or our members. If you are entering into the Agreement on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to the

terms of this Agreement; and in such an event, “you” and “your” as used in this Agreement will refer to such an entity. If you do not have such authority, or if you or the entity which you represent does not agree to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, you may not use the Services nor contract with us as your usage of our services and/or your willingness to contract with us is a lawfully binding you to adhere to these terms and conditions.

While LOVE NATION may elect to provide compensation for damages it finds that it or its members have caused to third parties via internal research and investigations, LOVE NATION and its members shall not be directly held liable for any damages

Ability to Accept Terms of Services - You affirm that you are either more than 18 years of age, or an

Reservation of the Right to Cancel Membership & Rescind  Contracts -

The Chief-MANSA of Love Nation reserves the right to cancel the membership of and/or the right to rescind National contracts if and when the membership and/or contract with Love Nation is deemed to no longer be in the best interest of the society. Such actions are capable of being taken if any member of contracting party is found guilty of attempting to intentionally abuse any system of Love Nation for unlawful purposes, and/or if they breach their agreements and cause irreparable damages to Love Nation.

Superiority of The Constitution -

In the event that a contradiction is found between these Terms of Conditions and The Constitution of Love Nation, The Constitution of Love Nation shall reign supreme.
