THe Deposit and Service agreement should be entered into between a Fiduciary and an Account Holder which can be a Trust or an individual. This agreement details the types of deposits which the Fiduciary shall account for on behalf of the client as well as the terms and conditions for the fulfillent of any and all additional services to be provided.
