Estabish the rights responsibilities, duties and scope of operation for the Fiduciary to properly manage the trust and/or estate assets. This agreement is the basis upon which all Fiduciary powers shall be operated and should be entered into in preperaton for the implamentation of effective estate management, planning, and asset structuring strategies.
